CMMS Integration

Genix APM provides a bi-directional integration to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). This means CMMS data can be derived from the CMMS, to be used in Genix APM applications and Genix APM applications can send notifications to the CMMS for creation of work orders.

The following three main CMMS integration capabilities are available:

1. The Asset Location Hierarchy navigation available in all APM applications allows users to browse the APM configured assets based on existing CMMS structure for pieces of equipment. It enables users to access assets and systems according to their established CMMS structures and working procedures.

2. CMMS data is derived and used for calculation of various maintenance tracking KPIs in Performance Monitoring Workplace.

3. Notification for scheduling of work orders and tracking of scheduled work orders in CMMS is available as part of the recommendation work flow on Predictive Maintenance Workplace.

Genix APM is leveraging the Genix platform IT data adapters for connection to various CMMS system.
